CANCELLATION & CREDIT POLICY: All payments made are non-refundable. If someone in your group is unable to attend, your group may:  Apply the amount paid as credit for a replacement guest, or downgrade to a smaller group package and apply the credit toward the new balance.  Credit cannot be transferred outside your original group.  

 

ITINERARY AND CHANGES: Destination Addiction reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or activities as deemed necessary for the comfort and enjoyment of the group.

 

PASSPORTS & VISAS: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity beyond the intended stay in South Africa and any necessary visas.

 

LIABILITY: Participants acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks (e.g., accidents, illness, loss). We are not liable for such occurrences, and strongly recommend travel insurance.

PAYMENT DEADLINES: 50% of the trip total must be paid by January 12th 2026 or you will be subject to higher fares if airline pricing has increased. 

75%of the trip total due February 23rd 2026. 100% of the trip total due March 16th 2026.​​
